With the millennium celebrations of 2000 still rather fresh in people's minds, almost everyone will recognise this writing and so it is a great conversation starter. You can say "Did you get your free eternity card?" Commonly they will respond after looking at it, "Oh I've seen that writing." You can then say something like: "Oh yeah, what are your thoughts about eternity?" and you are into a conversation.
Even if the person doesn't know about the millennium celebrations of 2000, you can still say, "Did you get your eternity card? Hey, what do you think about eternity?"
