South-East England (UK) Team

Saturday 10 March 2012

Today the team consisted of Rob Hughes and myself.  We made our way to Brentwood High St and prayed.  I managed to hand out loads of tracts and I had one very long conversation with a gentleman called 'John'.  Our discussion began with Him claiming he had never broken any of Gods Laws; ever...   So I continued with the proposition of either Him being God himself ie - perfect, or He's calling God a liar since Gods Word says that he has sinned.

John eventually realised that he was calling God a liar and back tracked on his initial statements.  He had quite a lot of Biblical knowledge but was using it to justify his rebellion against God.   We eventually got to the Gospel and I tried to expound upon it a little so He didn't miss the point.  I gave him a good person tract and we eventually parted.  He seemed to understand what his predicament was by the end of our talk.  I pray he repents and gets saved.
