Have you ever asked yourself the question "What happens when I die?" The Bible tells us that our life is nothing more than a mist, that is here one minute and then gone the next (James 4:14), and that "it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment" (Hebrews 9:27)
In fact about 108 people die every 60 seconds, and that means that the clock is ticking for you, and each beat of your heart is the drumbeat to your very own funeral march, so tonight if God would say to you "your soul is required" (Luke 12:20). How would you do when God, our maker, calls us into account for the life He's given us?
