Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wed April 28, 2021 from 1300 - 1500
Today we started with 3 team members Johnny, Gary and Hung. Gary still stationed on the East side where he had set up two gospel signs. Gary came over to the West side to join us in opening prayer then returned to the East side. I went over to check him out and took several photos of him chatting with various people.
Sunnybank used to be a harder land for street evangelism, but the Bus stop on the West side is always a blessed spot with many more chances of gospel chat. Johnny was very happy being able to be fully occupied in gospel chatting one after the other. He spent relatively a longer time to share with a Mun from Taiwan. I shared gospel with her couples of months ago. This was a very opportune time for Johnny to do a thorough follow up with her. Seemingly she was led to stay at the bus stop for just meeting and chatting with Johnny, as later I saw her leaving the bus stop for elsewhere in the shopping centre. God is sovereign and paves the way for us to minister to His elected ones. As for me I had seven conversations of varying length as recap below.
1) My first gospel target was a mid-age lady from Shanghai. She seemingly was checking out the bus info. I went forwards to render help and then kept sharing gospel afterwards. She politely listened my sharing before she left for her friend’s appointment. She did not showed rejection or even expression of indifference but neutrally on the receptive side possibly because of the friendliness and help I rendered to her beforehand.
2) Mr Chen a UQ student from Jiangso. Unlike most Chinese Mainlander. He listened to the gospel with patience and interest. When asked, he could not find any reason to reject the free gift of eternalize life offered by Jesus to set us free from the bondage of sin. So just pray that God grace be showered upon him when he read the tract at home.
3) Max , a Taiwanese ABC, listened to my gospel sharing also in a neutral and objective manner. He also admitted that the gospel is sensible and logical to accept. It is only a matter of time that he will make the last step of faith to receive Christ.
4) Then I picked up the head of the family of three Mr Wang from Beijing. I shared a bit of my memory at Beijing and hurriedly shared the gospel which was cut short by the bus. Mr Wang anyway took a tract and pray that it will bring impact to his life and his family.
5) Vienna is an Australian born Filipino with no faith background who never heard of the gospel. But she showed immediate willingness to accept Jesus after I shared the good news with her. She joyfully agreed to take a selfie with me to signify her appreciation for the gospel message.
6) A Chinese girl declined the tracts from another street evangelist but softened to take one tract from me. Pray for God's continuous work in her.
7) Joey an Indonesia Christian who has 100% assurance of salvation. He played trick on me pretending initially a non-believer and see if I preached the biblical gospel message. He also was willing to take a selfie with me to signify my first divine encounter with an Indonesia Christian.

Operation 513 battle log for Sunnybank on Wednesday April 21, 2021 from 1300-1500
Today, Johnny was not available so I supposed was to serve as singleton at Sunnybank. I have never done street evangelism just by myself, but I did not want to give up any opportunity to serve God while I still have my breath to do it. So I prayed for a gospel partner. God answered my prayer with another street evangelist turning up out of the blue after I had started for over half an hour. In Christ we backed up each other irrespective our human organizational affiliation. For instances, for some people who were willing to accept the tract but could not speak good enough English, I could do the follow up chat with success. Recap below were the six major conversation I had in that less than two hours ministry period.
PS. Afterwards, I just learnt that Gary was there from 1300-1345 but he did not bring any signs as he was with some of his family members. That was why I failed to spot him there when I drove pass the East side of Sunny Park as such I turned around to park on the West side of Sunny Plaza as the chance to get a chat is better than the East side especially if you serve on your own. So from hindsight, God answered my prayer in double sending two street evangelists to serve alongside with me.
1) When I arrived, the bus stop was fully seated with many people without any gap. It was hard and inappropriate to force my way in to share with any people. I actually did try to approach the girl sitting on the outskirt and got rejected. I could understand this as it appeared everybody else were listening to us in this crowded situations. Then I took a step back to wait for the bus come to take away most people. After that, only two people were left sitting there of which one was Mr Siu. He is from Swatow, Quandong China. I only learnt later he was there waiting for his wife so bus arrival did not bother him. I approached first the other Chinese lady but got rejected then I approached Mr Siu. His first reaction was still not willing to chat, but somehow God gave me giftedness to find an ice breaking topic to start our chatting in a casual manner first. Once connected the chat box was opened naturally and I had the chance to share with him the full Gospel. He was not rejective but rather showing interest and later he actually exposed to me he is church going with his son and grandchildren to CCCCB at St Lucia. I believe he is now more open to gospel and have a better understanding of accepting Jesus by grace through faith. Then his wife came and we kept connecting with things and people we know in common. Pray that this divine encounter will trigger Mr Siu to make his final step of faith to be in union with his son's family in Christ.
2) Linz is Filipino yet with no faith but showed great interest in the gospel. She admitted she is not perfect and has done punishable sin. But she needed some time to ponder if she should now receive Christ without any more wait or hesitation. So I asked her to read the tract at home and pray to God for guidance.
3) Then I approached an English speaking man who had just rejected the other evangelist. Yet curiously he was willing to chat a while with me. His reaction was basically negative against the need of God in his life. But he could not deny all human are imperfect with punishable sin that only Jesus can saved us from eternal death by dying for us. It was a pity our conversation had to cut off by the arrival of the bus. It anyway was still a worthwhile approach with gospel message having been passed on.
4) Another lady who is an employee of the Scape group specialized in student accommodation. She declined to accept a tract but still I managed to have a good friendly chat with her starting from her work with Scape. With some skillful exchanges of conversation, I still managed to share her the nutshell of the Gospel before the bus arrived.
5) Then I caught up with an elderly Chinese man. He appeared to be a bit old to give sharp response to my words. I did not give up but still managed to speak in a slow and clear tone about the gospel. His empty facial expression showed no clue if he really heard and understood what I said. I nevertheless honor my own personal standing ground that, I will still share gospel to all people despite there are all sort of barrier between us. Otherwise, they will lost their last chance to hear the gospel if everyone avoid chatting to elderly or people who has limited English.
6) Finally I did another follow up on a Chinese Lady who had accepted both Chinese and English tracts from the other evangelist but could not proceed because of complete lack of English speaking ability. This was of course not the major reason. Thanks God I still managed to get into conversation with that lady and shared the full gospel with not too many interaction from her. She showed reluctance to consider right away. I could only leave her to God to bear fruit in His time.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wednesday April 14, 2021 from 1300 to 1500
Today, only Johnny and Hung served at Sunnybank. It used to be a comparatively hard land for gospel and Johnny reckoned it is getting harder to get a chat. Nevertheless, we could only keep serving faithfully facing higher ratio of rejections but still managed to get many conversations. The climax of today ministry was the apologetic sharing with the three Muslim young men two of which are very friendly with us. The main conversation was with the third guy who possibly was invited to come to take charge of the conversation as recap below.
1) First approach faced rejection by a Chinese girl who pretended not speaking Chinese. Anyway still managed to give her a tract to read which she accepted though with some hesitation. God's work will continue.
2) Kwok from Guanxi recognized my accent and invited me to speak in Cantonese while I walked with him across the foot bridge on his way for work at the kitchen of a restaurant. He appeared friendly but use a joking attitude to interact with my gospel sharing. I had to keep my posture to focus on sharing without being distracted. At the end, he thanks my sharing acknowledging the message was inspiring.
3) Carphelia from Brazil is a Pentecostal Christian but with Catholic school influence as such she has no assurance of salvation. Initially, she only wanted to end the conversation as soon as we crossed the bridge, but my clarification on the meaning of salvation impressed her to stop and have more elaborated teaching with high appreciation.
4) Ling Ling is a Malaysian Chinese. She welcomed my approach and willingly invited me to walk with her across the bridge to share the gospel. She promise to seriously consider accepting Jesus as her Saviour. Pray for God final work to move her to make the final step of faith.
5) Another lady from Taiwan who quickly browsed the tract and listened to my sharing. Though it appeared that her heart was not yet touched by the Spirit. She anyway expressed gratitude for our conversation when the bus came.
6) Renee a New Zealand born Chinese who can speak but not read Chinese. While Johnny was chatting with her Nanny, I chatted with her. She appeared very open and interactive in the conversation and receptive to the message.
7) Two Pakistanis Muslim Tafe students by the name Shani and Muneeb whom we met in Nov 4 & 18, 2020 and 27/1, 2021. Last time they were with a third new friend but he had to hurry for work. I did pray that this was a stepping stone for me to meet them soon to have a proper chat again. So today, it was prayer came true. Shani and Muneeb greeted us with friendly hand shake. This new guy seemed to be prepared with a series of questions trying to put doubt on the historicity of Jesus and the infallacy of the Bible. After some quick clarification on those questions, I redirected the discussion back to the issue if a good person is good enough for heaven. I was able to establish common ground that we are all sinner though we are regarded as good persons. The only way to escape judgement is to let a perfect person to take our place to receive the punishment due on us for our own sins. And that perfection person cannot be found in human race but God himself incarnated as a perfect person. All religions are good but are man-made for guiding us to be a good person but cannot help us be immune to sin. So the ultimate solution of sin is through the redemptive grace made possible by the atoning death of Jesus on the cross. Our conversation started with questions and ended with a sure answer in Christ.
8) Then I stopped a lady from Taiwan who has been attending church as led by friend but has not yet received Christ. At this point Johnny stepped in to chat with her.
9) Another Chinese girl at the bus stop listened my full gospel.
10) Chole is a Christian attending Formosa Churchå°è¤”. She does not have assurance of salvation, but after clarification, she was delighted and thankful for my teaching and has faith to grow towards spiritual maturity.,

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wednesday March 7, 2021 from 1300 - 1500
The weather turned superbly fine this afternoon as such Johnny and Hung stayed on the East side to do our street Evangelism. It was delightful to have Gary re-joining us today with his big signs to draw attention of passers-by . He himself had got an ultra-long conversation with a self-acclaimed apostolic Christian about the end time political climate that Australian is facing with the Middle Kingdom as our major opponent.
As usual, Sunnybank is a comparatively hard land of Gospel as such we faced a more than normal rejection rate throughout the ministry time. Anyway, thanks God that most of them were positive and receptive. Recap below were the 6 major divine encounters.
1) Jenny is from a Christian family though she herself has not yet formally received Christ despite she is attending church with her Christian mother. She is from Henan China which is a highly populated province with Christian. She showed care for me while I walked quickly with her across the foot bridge appearing a bit out of my breath. I pray that the simple but precious gospel message can strike her heart to cross over the last step of faith blocking her from receiving Christ as her Saviour. æ²³å—家基ç£, 有去教會未信,å¯ä»¥æŽ¥å—
2) Then I approached an elderly man Mr Wong from Quandong China firstly in Mandarin and a bit later switching into Cantonese after knowing his home town. He was born in Quanzhou, then moved to Hong Kong and finally to Australia. He shared many common memory of Hongkong that helped to identify with each others. He has not yet committed on any religion as he thought they are all good but have short coming too. I stressed the message of the tract that we are ordinary people who are regarded good, but we are all imperfect. So all people good or bad need salvation as long as we have punishable sin. We are not perfect yet after we received Christ attending church as the redemptive grace of Jesus only converted our identity from sinner and or enemy of God to a blessed sinner with sin pardon by the grace of Jesus redemptive act as such regaining our sonship and heavenly citizenship to be with God. It is soonest possible for him to make this last very small step of faith to get himself into the realm of God before it is too late. He appeared receptive and responsive to my appeal. Just pray and leave all this to God. 王伯ä¸åœ‹ï¼Œå»£æ±é–±æ´ç”šå¤šï¼Œæœªä¿¡ï¼Œæ¬ 最後一æ¥ç¸±æœ‰å®¶äººå·²ä¿¡ä¸»
3) Then God led me to chat with another even older man Mr Tam from Jiangsu China. He was drawn by my young and energetic appearance and was amazed to find that I was only 10 years younger than him who is now 80 years old. It appeared that he needs and enjoys chatting with people apart from his own family. Like Mr Wong he spent time in Shenzhen, then Hong Kong and finally migrated to Australia. But because the lack of English , he could not stand the loneliness with little inter person networking here as such he returned to Hong Kong. He was summoned by his sons to come to mind his grandsons with a one year visa. He got caught up here to stay over the visa period because of pandemic. I pray and trust that the love of Christ will melt his heart to have faith in relationship with families as well as with God. 談先生江穌，深圳香港，回æµæŽ¢å…’å«å‹å–„願è¼
4) Chelsy is a friendly Kiwi girl. She stopped surfing on her iPhone and listened attentively to my full gospel sharing and appeared very receptive. Her heart seemed very opened and soften for the gospel. Pray for God's last step of faith to reap this new fruit in Christ.
5) I caught up with two Chinese young man who turned out to Mansfield students. They were in a hurry but still let me share the nutshell of gospel to them. They were amazed to find out I am the father of their teacher.
6) The last person I got in touch was yet another senior man Me Wang from Quanzhou. He seemed to have no religion and felt strange to listen to the Gospel. I nevertheless stressed the need and urgency for him to miss no more chance of knowing and accepting Jesus as his Saviour and Lord of life. The bus came and he left with the tract in his hand. 王廣州無信仰

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wednesday March 24, 2021 from 1300 to 1500
Praise the Lord the sky turn bright and blue with Sunshine all over the place wiping away all the gloomy mood that should be good for open air street evangelism. It was a pity that both Andrew and Martin of OAC were not available for personal reason. Actually Andrew felt exhausted from heavy ministry schedule and Martin got injured from a fall in the bath room. Pray for their recovery and be able to join us next week.
Sunnybank is comparatively a harder mission field than Toowong. Today I also could have lesser degree of participation due to some minor health issue doing a supportive role to Johnny. He basically still had many chatting opportunity to share the gospel in particularly with one lady Madam Suen å«å¥³å£« from Mainland China and a School girl Liu from Taiwan. The former actually was approached by me and perhaps Johnny but her motive to stop to chat with Johnny for a long time was not because of gospel. But Johnny of course can still direct the conversation back to Gospel. She nevertheless got irritated once Johnny touched upon the issue of sin. So pray hard for the work of the Spirit to enlighten her the right way to address life issues. The young school girl form Taiwan å°ç£å¥³åŒå¸åŠ‰çœŸ was very attentive and was opened to accept Jesus. There were many other conversations held by Johnny with many others with good results. As for me I still had 5 Kairos moments as recap below: -
1) June a Korean coming to Australia on working holiday. He initially did not want to be bordered when approached by Johnny. But I realized he was looking for direction to go to Commonwealth Bank. So I offered him help and volunteered to walk him across teh bridge to get to the bank. Soon after we started walking, quickly he declared himself a Christian and passed my first diagnosis question having 100% assurance of salvation, though he needed help to pin point the reason other than just a general statement of believing in God. He was happy with my clarification and was willing to take a selfie with me to show others that he is a fair dinkum Christian.
2) Tom is a Hongkonger so he quickly identified with me with a welcoming attitude listening to my gospel sharing. I used the HK situation to illustrate that even the younger generation who rose up to fight for righteousness and justice, but no one can claim themselves perfect. So it was established that they are all good and righteous freedom fighter but still imperfect for heaven that all need Jesus' salvation without exception. He appeared very receptive but I fell short of leading him to make a conviction to receive Christ as the bus just arrived. Pray and trust that he will be in the good hand of God. He has come to Australia for 4 years and has just graduated. So he will have a good soil here to pursue God.
3) A PNG Chinese who is English speaking but he showed little interests to Christianity. But I still managed to get across the message of the gospel for him to listen before the bus arrived.
4) An English old lady appeared very rejective to the gospel though I showed friendliness to her helping her out to clarify the bus schedule. It affected the Muslim school girl next to us to reject me as well. Can only pray and leave it to God.
5) Andy an ABC born here who cannot speak Chinese. He has no faith but was ok to let me share him the full gospel while I walked him across the foot bridge until he entered the shopping mall. I could feel the work of the Holy Spirit on him softening his heart for the Gospel.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wednesday March 17, 2021 from 1330 to 1500
Rain continued to fall since yesterday almost non-stop. Johnny and Hung had to move over to the West side to serve at the undercover Bus stop. We started at 1300 while Andrew and Martin joined us at 1400. Basically all of us got almost full occupied to have a chat with someone gathering under the roof of the bus stop. God continued to lead us to break down initial rejection barrier, using some soft spot of the gospel targets to keep our conversation alive and eventually had chance to loop back to gospel sharing. There were cases that someone rejected the chat but taking the tract yet ending up chatting with another team member afterwards. So the sign of God's hand was prominent. Recap below were the 8 conversation I had to day: -
1) Sri Lanka lady was very receptive to the gospel despite she is Buddhist. She now understood that being a good person is not good enough that everyone need Jesus including Buddhist people like her.
2) Then a Chinese middle age lady got to the bus stop. I only had time to stop her for a brief chat before the bus came. Thanks God that she was willing to take the tract to read afterwards.
3) Bailey a local Aussie was very talkative and positive to whatever I shared with him, though not fully receptive to the core gospel message. His indifferences to the offer of salvation might have many deep life factor that only God can unlock.
4) Jeff is a timid young guy. He was very quiet in contrast to Baily and lent his listening ear to hear all my Gospel sharing. I asked what did he think about the message then he said he has listened to same gospel message many times before. Then I kept on asking him what held him back from responding if not accepting the message of salvation. He turned silent again giving me no answer. The arrival of the bus broke that moment of embarrassment. I can only pray that God only knows his heart and what was the hurt in his life that held him back from embracing love and care from someone else like Jesus. God will melt his heart in His time.
5) Liza is an ABC coming to Australia at the age of 1 year old yet she could speak perfect Chinese. She initially did not want to chat but I used her good proficiency of Chinese to identify with her family upbringing. It made her becoming receptive to the gospel message I shared later on though she claim herself a Buddhist. I do pray that the tract will keep her attention to ponder upon this invitation to accept Jesus as her saviour.
6) Diane an India middle age woman with bad English but showed great interest to gospel message I shared. She got the tract from Andrew but did not stop for a chat yet she had no hesitation to let me share with her until the bus arrived. It showed really the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the work of God behind.
7) Another ABC but appeared very rejective to gospel. He speaks no Chinese and did not want to chat but took a tract instead. So God still has work on him.
8) Sam Lin from Taiwan but can speak good Cantonese as he is a real estate agent. He is member of Logos Church but have no clear understanding of salvation. It may be his occupation did not allow him to have good Bible study and home group spiritual growing time turning him into a nominal Christian. Hopefully my brief clarification of the Gospel message and the reason Christians should have 100% assurance of salvation may helped him to develop more interest to study the bible and know God better.

Battle Log of Andrewalkington of OAC
On Wednesday in Sunnybank I spoke with Jay who is from the Philippines and attends a large charismatic church here in Brisbane from time to time. When I asked him about the afterlife and the core message of Christianity, he was completely clueless. I took the time to share with him what the Bible says about salvation and explained how we need to respond to what Jesus has done for us. He seemed to grasp the message well and gladly accepted a gospel of John and a tract.
There were several other short conversations as well (including the young man pictured), but as is often the case at a bus stop, many were cut short by an arriving bus, but each received a tract to read. Please pray for them that God would draw them to himself. See less

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunny Bank on Wednesday March 10, 2021 from 1300 to 1500
Johnny could not come to day, so I had to team up with Martin and Andrew to serve on the West Side for mutual support. Andrew could also come at normal time of 1300 hour as his BST Evangelism class had a week off for BST student to do study for exam. Martin impressed me by his Apostolic Passion to insist coming to serve despite he suffered a serious fall last night at home. He would rather rest for his own church meeting than skipping the street evangelism which he considered more worthwhile to do as a team work to serve the Lord. We were all too busy in our own gospel chat as such we could not spare time to take photo for all the gospel conversation opportunities we got.
Andrew came early at normal time also had a purpose of meeting up with one of his BST Evangelism class student to mentor her for doing the 20 hour of practicum. It was a pity the lady did not turn up because of ad hoc personal matter. During my 1.5 hour stay, I only got 6 major conversation much less than the 10 I got yesterday. But a few of them were of rare long chat as recap below: -
1) I had a long chat over half and hour with Madam Chang from Guangzhou , China. 張廣å…原北京She could not speak Cantonese as she was born in Beijing with native country at Liao Ning é¼å¯§ï¼Œthe North East County. She worked in Government school before migrating to first New Zealand then to Australia, as such she did not need to speak Cantonese. After chatting a while, she disclosed she is a Christian receiving Jesus in Guangzhou. She lived in Sydney for 10 years before coming up to Brisbane also for a long long time. She is affiliated with International Christian Church but has stopped attending a long time because of Covid-19. Through our conversation, she is typically a nominal Christian without much growth in grace and in truth as such she failed all the diagnosis questions. I sort of gave her a brief revision on the major doctrine of Christianity and the way to differentiate Heresy like JW and Mormon. Lastly ,just found out she was once the Choir member of Aroma. I encourage her to join the BCCMA choir when we resume our choir practice at the new SIC church compound.
2) Sunny a Korean girl and Christian by birth. She has no understanding of the gospel at all. I was glad I made her understand her salivation was simply on credit of Jesus' atoning death on the cross to die and go to hell taking our place to receive punishment of our sins.
3) A Smart but skeptical Chinese young lady asked me up front what is my purpose of sharing this gospel tract to her. She suspected if I do this to recruit church member. After clarifying my purpose is simply conveying her this important but grossly ignored gospel message, she turn comparatively receptive to listen. But it was abruptly cut short possibly by a friend crossing the bridge to meet with her.
4) Rebecca is a lovely Aussie young Christian lady, but again she has no idea about salvation at all. It was good I led her to understand why she should have 100 % assurance of salvation simply because of what Jesus did for us by dying on the cross to redeem us from the bondage of sin.
5) Tony Yeung a Cantonese speaking Hong Konger who left Hkg early in 1969 and lived in New Zealand for 40 years before migrating to Brisbane Australia. It was a pity I was a bit carried away to share with him our common Hong Kong Memory that I did not have time to share the gospel though he seemed to be a sort of Christian and willingly took my Chinese tract to read at home.
6) Micky is Japanese wife coming to Brisbane with her Husband on business/ work. Initially, she did not show any interest at all to accept my gospel tract. I nevertheless kept sharing with her my story and testimony mingling with gospel message. The Spirit moved me to ask for her nationality which is Japanese. It gave me the chance to show off my standard Japanese greetings to gain her identification as friend of Japan. I was then able to give her not just the English tract but the few Japanese tract I have in my pocket. She was delighted to accept it as she could show off to her husband that she met a Japanese street evangelist in Australia. I only learnt she is pregnant after Martin took our photo and passed it to me. Pray that this divine encounter will serve the purpose of God in Micky's life.
Quoted below is the Battle Log of Andrew and Martin of OAC Ministry that is the long time Gospel partner of Street Evangelism
As is often the case at a bus stop, very often Sunnybank results in lots of partial conversations. On Wednesday, this was certainly the case, though there was one young man who stopped and talked for a long time, even skipping a couple of busses to keep talking.
Chris has no religious background but suspects that there may be a God. I shared in a simple way how we know that God exists and then explained what the Bible says about our afterlife. He then asked a few really good questions about the Christian faith and was willing to take both a tract and a gospel of John to read.
Martin has now officially joined OAC as a regular volunteer and so now from time to time, you will see some stories from him as well!
Martin chatted to James who initially said that he didn’t believe in God. Martin used an analogy from design to show that just as a car driving past had to have a maker, in the same way the complexity of our DNA or the human eye show that we too have a maker. Martin then swung to the conscience and took James through “the good person test” by using the moral law to show that we have sinned. James agreed that he would be found guilty by a holy and just God. Martin asked what God had done 2000 years ago so that we would not have to go to hell, and James correctly responded that God sent Jesus. He then took the time to share what Jesus had done for us on the cross and how we can be saved from God’s judgement by believing in Jesus and what he did for us. He then gave James a gospel tract and a book of John to read and reminded him of how important it is to figure out our eternal destiny since we don’t know when we will die. With perfect timing, just as they finished, James’ bus came!
Please pray for those who heard the gospel and please welcome Martin to the team! Please pray for him as well as he regularly joins me on the street each week for 3-4 outreaches.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wednesday March 3, 2021 from 1300 to 1500
After a scorching hot day at Toowong, great Storm wiped across Brisbane in the late afternoon and in the evening as such the suffocating heat was flushed away with a much cooler temperature left in the air even in the early afternoon of Wednesday. With such a fine climatic background, God used us today in great team work in multiple cases. At least three times, God used Johnny made the first approach and me to take over or doing a unexpected follow up with obvious divine purpose. Andrew as usual arrived a bit late at 2pm. Martin came at 1pm and we did commencing prayer together. Both are very faithful servant of God. They do street evangelism on Tuesday at Woodridge, Wednesday at Sunnybank, Thursday afternoon at CBD, Friday evening at King George Square. Andrew fortnightly also serves at Redcliffe. So we have four faithful servants serving as a team, with Johnny and Hung on the East side and Andrew, Martin on the West side. However, I may walk to and forth across the foot bridge if the gospel target are in a great hurry that cannot afford to stop and chat. That is basically the mode of Operation at Sunnybank. Recap below are my divine appointments for sharing gospel with 9 individual or group of people: -
1) An Aussie Girl 澳洲少女 in a rush but still managed to passed her the tract and shared her the nutshell of the gospel
2) Mr Chang å¼µfrom Taiwan å°was willing to listen to my Gospel sharing, Actually, Johnny chatted with him the other day before. Just pray that the repeated message will eventually bear fruit in God's timing.
3) An Egyptians Mum and Son dressing in Muslim Gown and costume may appear hard for approach. But God opened door first for Johnny to help them out to locate the Clinic they are planning to visit, then my turn to help them find the fresh fish market. Two tracts about God's creation and the Good Person question were passed to them. While leading them to the super market, I could manage to share quickly the nutshell of the Gospel. I trust it will be very appealing to them as God had used us to show care and love irrespective of the faith and culture. They show great appreciation for our help and take it serious to keep and read the gospel tracts.
4) Alisa a high school student of kiwi origin who was not feeling very well but still let me walk her across the bridge to hear the nutshell of the Gospel and promised to read the tract and pray to God as moved.
5) Helen 上海,èªçœŸ is a middle aged lady from Shang Hai China. Unlike other mainlander, she took it seriously to hear the gospel and ask question when meaning was not clear. She was in a rush for shopping but she still manage to get full understanding of the gospel message considering her a person from atheist background. She genuinely will pray about accepting Jesus as here Saviour after our gospel sharing time.
6) Then came a JW lady 耶証的人that I might have met and chatted before. As I recalled she would ask if we are Christian. Last time I could manage to share her the full gospel and point out to her some wrong doctrine of JW. This time, she might have received warning to stay away from Christian so once she clarified I am a Christian Evangelist, she ran away to avoid me. I could only have pity for her and those JW people who are blinded by the JW teaching.
7) Dustin is from Ireland but seemed to be suffering from back wound that he could not stand straight to walk but have to use a trolley as his walker to walk. His face showed pain and suffering without hope. I anyway approached him as moved by the Spirit and used the excuse to help him push the trolley up the slope of the footbridge. While first showing my care and empathy for him. in the meantime, I share about the future hope for all sinners to be set free through the deliverance of Jesus that we will live a new life ultimately with everything back to perfection and good health. He happily received my tract at the end and feel more happy with someone even a stranger to care about him. I do trust that God has planted a seed of Gospel in his heart that will bear fruit one day.
8) Justin Chen 陳 chatted with johnny over 40 to 45 minutes. When I finished with Dustin, I bumped into Justin, and God moved me to ask him about the conversation with Johnny. He nevertheless told me he is still not moved yet to commit on Jesus and will maintain his own way of life while keep searching for a faith that will give him peace. I then asked why he could have such a long conversation with Johnny if he did not feel interested to pursue the truth of Jesus. He said he actually was interested to know why Christians are drawn to submit to God and the motivation power behind. I thus took the chance to share my testimony of salvation which impressed him very much. His mind was softened to see at least how God guide me step by step to draw nearer to him despite I was the same kind of rational mind person like him. I assured him that it was no coincident that he chatted with both of us for 45 minutes and then another 15-20 minutes. God must have a plan for his life to be changed. Later on, I learned from Johnny that his hesitation to receive the grace of Jesus' salvation is because he is a person of transsexual orientation. He feels he does not have strength to resist the temptation as such he choose to stay and hide himself in his own comfort zone. Pray hard for Justin that the mission power moment will happen on him in God's timing.
9)Then Madam Chang from Beijing 北京張女士 was first stopped by Johnny and she appeared interested to have a chat. But somehow she decided that she had to hurry away with another appointment. I was moved again to follow up with the unfinished chat and walked her across the foot bridge. Surprisingly , she appeared open and receptive to the gospel. I used the analogy of HKG returning back to China so that China can exercise the sovereign power to change or modify Hong Kong. Likewise, we must reconciled with God first by accepting Jesus's redemptive grace so that God can exercise His sovereign power on us again to transform us back to perfect. The analogy hit her spot on that she now think God resuming His sovereign power on our life is the right thing to do for delivering us from the bondage of sin but back to perfection. She rode her bike away joyously with good news in her heart.

Operation 513 Battle log for Sunnybank on Wednesday Feb 24, 2021 from 1330 to 1530
Today Johnny could not make it so I started solo first until Martin and Andrew joined me a little while later. We stayed at the Western side of Main Road near the Bus stop. Basically, God let us experience different sorts of rejection or at least initial resistance, but at the end, God did give us patience to turn around some of the unwilling heart to chat and later on passing over the gospel message in a subtle causal talk manner. Recap below are my Battle Log:
1) A curious guy initially engaged in chat with me even though he showed that he was not interested and did not need God as he opined he is a good enough person. Unfortunately he spotted Martin taking photo of us and become an angry person aborting our talk. We did feel sorry for this hiccup up, but could only learn to take photo more carefully not interrupting the chat while doing our job to capture needed photo for the battle Log leaving real record of this divine encounter and remember it in a prayer.
2) Then I approached a Chinese girl from Hang Zhou. She is the typical atheist reaction simply declining to let me share gospel. Nevertheless, the Spirit gave me a gentle heart to stop talking about the tract but sharing mutual experience of Hang Zhou where I visited many years ago. My friendship approach melted her icy heart and I can subtlely share my life salvation experience with her.
3) A Chinese Buddhist middle age lady was originally approached by Martin, but her limited English trigger my intervention to take over the chat. I miss heard her saying she is a Christian or she did say this to decline the approach of Martin. I anyhow was managed to share exactly to here that all religion including Buddhism advocate to live and act like a good persons but does not address the issue of sin and how it can be forgiven with us accountable for the punishment of our sin.
4) A man gave me initial reception to let me share with him the Gospel, but he suddenly left amidst our chat as if he suddenly remember he has some urgent errand to do.
5) Then God led me to speak to three Uni student Tarrant, Brant and Moses who denied they are Chinese but soon afterwards, I noticed they are actually all youngster from Hong Kong who have great concern about the freedom status of HKG. I identified with them as Hong Konger and led into gospel as the ultimate solution for removing sins from our life as well as from this crooked world.
6) Then I chatted with Yam 任 from HKG 香港 again. She is a Christian but without assurance of salvation. I was glad I can clarify her problem of misinterpretation of the Bible bute pointing her to fully understand we are all saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
7) Then I met again with another Mainlander Chinese from Canteon 廣æ±ï¼ŒHe showed extreme open mind to listen to the Gospel till the bus came.
8) Lastly I chatted with Sarah the Korean who also rejected me initially. I still held a polite manner to share about my testimony instead of the tract and the gospel. But after a while when we were more or less connected as friend. I actually shared her the gospel that once saved and transformed my life. Praise yee to God.

Operation 513 Battle Log for Sunnybank on Wednesday February 17, 2021 from 1300 -1500
It was another day of grace and manifestation of Mission power. We left home with fine weather but a rainy start when we , Johnny, Martin and Hung assembled around 1300. Because of rain, Johnny decided to move over to the West side to station at the under covered Bus stop. We did get many gospel sharing opportunities. Then rain stopped and Johnny moved back to our usual position in the East side. I stayed at the West to render mutual support with Martin until Andrew arrived after two O' clock. He was excited about his debut lecturing at the Evangelism course of BST with 11 students but only on is registered for doing credit and all else are doing audition including Andrew's Wife. So this special Evangelism class is officially called the Trio Andrew Class of Evangelism as both lecturers and the only official student are all called Andrew.
Comparatively there are more opportunity at the bus stop on the West side of the bridge. But we still serviced faithfully at our normal position after all four regular members of Sunnybank are all present.
Recap below were the fewer than usual divine appointments I had within a shorter working time of one hour 15 minutes .
1) Tim and Stanley looks like Chinese but actually they are English speaking people from Malaysia. They both had Christian schooling background and many Christian friends. Therefore my gospel sharing was not the first that they have heard so far. Their rational mind all agreed in the logic and design of the salvation mechanism by God, and they do not deny there is a God, yet they just still have not been touched and moves to realize the urgency of receiving this salvation. Pray that my sharing will add a bit weight on their thought to ponder what if they missed the chance to receive Christ to got saved.
2) A mun by the sure name Yang 楊with a daughter 有女 from Hunanæ¹–å— were both happy to chat with me after knowing I was once a frequent visitor to Changsha and Hangyang. I did not waste much time in friendship building but jumped right into the Gospel. The mum showed rare receptive attitude toward Gospel and promised to have a deep thought at home after reading the tract.
3) Long a Vietnam young man of catholic school background showed rational good understanding of the gospel but not yet moved and ready to receive Christ. He still holds the view that God may not exist. I Challenge him to prove that any thing visible is not being created but get into existence by itself. He of course failed and was tone down a bit of his atheist uphold. It triggered my thought on the effectiveness of those Christians school in presenting a complete version of gospel to their students. As Andrew shared with me one of the student of the Evangelism class of Catholic background admitted she may not have been genuinely saved by grace through faith. And she has be enlightened by Andrew's explanation of the gospel that she is happy to make a new start to accept Jesus today properly after Andrew's sharing of the gospel.
4) Ben a Vietnamese young man growing up in Hong Kong 香港越å—人but now has migrated to Australia. Without knowing the details, Ben revealed to me he has mental health issue but he was completely open for the gospel.. 有精神病,但開放. I walked him across the bridge and share the full gospel to him until he reached the restaurant he planned to go. He showed eagerness to accept Jesus to be saved and hopefully in future when Jesus come , God will make him perfect again without any more illnesses or troubles in his life.
